• While using the Service: audio files you upload, access logs

• Sign-up, identity verification, and login
• Providing the Service (silence trimming, loudness adjustment, etc.)
• Preventing abuse and improving the Service

How Long We Keep It

• Account data: deleted immediately when you close your account
• Uploaded files and processed results: automatically deleted within 2 hours of processing

How We Destroy It

Personal data is destroyed without delay once its retention period ends or its purpose is fulfilled.

• Account data: the record is deleted from the database immediately upon your request, and is not moved elsewhere for storage.
• Uploaded files and processed results: the files themselves are automatically deleted from the server.
• Destroyed data cannot be recovered or reproduced.

Sharing and Outsourcing

We do not share your personal data with outside parties without your consent.

We may outsource processing to external providers where necessary to operate the Service (e.g. sending emails, social sign-in).

Cookies

We use a session cookie to keep you signed in.

• Purpose: keeping you signed in (we do not use it for anything else)
• How to refuse: you can block cookies in your browser settings, but you will not stay signed in and some features may be unavailable.
• We do not use cookies for advertising or behavioral analytics.

Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time, and you can close your own account directly in account settings.
