Terms of Service

Purpose

These terms define the conditions, procedures, rights, and obligations involved in using SFX Trim's silence trimming, loudness normalization, and format conversion service.

Account Registration

• You can register with a username, password, and email, or by linking a Google account.
• You are responsible for your own account and may not transfer or share it with anyone else.
• You may close your account at any time in account settings; your account data is deleted immediately.

Providing and Changing the Service

The Service is intended to be available at all times, but may be temporarily suspended for maintenance or other unavoidable reasons.

We may change the content of the Service; significant changes will be announced on the Service or through a notice.

Credits and Paid Service

New accounts receive free credits, and signed-in users receive a set amount of free credits refilled daily.

If you need more processing than your free credits cover, you can purchase a credit package; purchased credits are used only after your free credits run out.

Credit purchases are one-time payments, not subscriptions. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

Your Obligations

You must not do any of the following:

• Use another person's account or obtain credits through fraudulent means
• Interfere with the normal operation of the Service (e.g. automated bulk requests)
• Upload audio files that infringe copyright or other rights of third parties
• Use the Service for any purpose that violates applicable law or public order

Responsibility for Uploaded Content

You are solely responsible for the copyright and other rights associated with any audio file you upload.

We use uploaded files only temporarily, for the purpose of processing them, and automatically delete them from the server within 2 hours of processing.

We are not liable for disputes arising from content that infringes a third party's copyright.

Suspension and Termination

If you violate these terms, we may restrict your use of the Service or terminate your account after prior notice.

In urgent cases, such as fraudulent use, we may do so without prior notice.

Disclaimer

We are not liable for service interruptions caused by force majeure, such as natural disasters or system failures.

We do not guarantee the accuracy of processing results or their fitness for any particular purpose.

We do not intervene in or bear responsibility for disputes between users or between a user and a third party.

Changes to These Terms

These terms may be revised to reflect changes in law or in the Service; changes will be posted on this page in advance.

If you do not agree to revised terms, you may stop using the Service and close your account.
