Refund Policy
This page explains how refunds work for credit packages purchased on SFX Trim (sfxtrim.com).
This English version is provided for reference only. If it differs from the Korean original, the Korean version governs.
Refund Principle
Credit packages are a prepaid, one-time purchase. Any unused portion of a purchased credit package is eligible for a refund.
Credits already used for audio processing are not refundable, since that portion of the service has already been delivered.
Right of Withdrawal
Under Korea's Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, you may request a full refund of unused credits within 7 days of payment.
If you have used part of the credits, only the unused remainder is eligible for a refund.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact us through the page below with your order number and the reason for the refund.
Processing Time
Once we receive your request, we process the refund to your original payment method within 3 business days.
Depending on your payment method, it may take additional time for the refund to actually appear (subject to your card issuer's or easy-pay provider's policies).
When Refunds Are Not Available
- Credits already used for audio processing
- Credits granted for free (sign-up bonus, daily free credits, first-purchase bonus credits)
- Credits obtained through fraudulent means
